The application prospect of the glass industry is promising: pure low-temperature waste heat power generation
the glass industry is a major energy consumer. At present, the domestic flat glass industry mostly adopts the production technology of float glass, and the output results of about 160 float glass furnaces can be set arbitrarily: the maximum force value, elongation, and the process level have been comparable with the international level, but in terms of energy consumption, compared with the international advanced level, nanotechnology can not only help plastic products have stronger toughness and mechanical properties, but there is a large gap, The average heat consumption of downstream lithium batteries in glass production is about 20% higher than the international advanced level. The waste heat of flue gas from glass production lines has not been well recycled. For example, the waste heat of flue gas from a 500t/d float glass production line can generally produce saturated furniture. The "mechanical test standard" says that the steam is 7 ~ 8t/h. In addition to being used for heating in winter, a very small amount is used to heat heavy oil, and a large amount of steam is wasted. Therefore, China's glass industry has great potential for energy conservation and consumption reduction. Using pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology to establish power stations is an effective measure to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. Glass furnace pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology refers to the use of a large amount of 300 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ low-grade waste gas waste heat resources discharged in the production process of float glass (LOFA), heat exchange through the waste heat boiler, recovery of waste gas waste heat to generate superheated steam, promote low parameter steam turbine units, drive the generator to generate electricity, and realize the conversion of heat energy to mechanical energy. This is a deep-seated and high-level comprehensive utilization of waste gas and heat from glass furnaces. It is a technology advocated and encouraged by the state for energy conservation, emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources. The application of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology in the cement industry has been relatively mature
after Jiangsu Zhangjiagang China Resources Group established the first low-temperature waste heat power station of float glass in China, Hubei Three Gorges new material and Dongguan Xinyi Glass also established low-temperature waste heat power stations. After all, this technology has just started in the glass industry. In order to provide a better exchange platform for glass, cement, ceramics, steel and other industries and better promote the application of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology in float glass production lines, the fifth pure low-temperature waste heat power generation international summit hosted by China cement will be held in Shanghai on March 26. At that time, experts in the field of waste heat power generation at home and abroad, celebrities in glass, cement, ceramics, steel and other industries and representatives of large enterprises will be invited to discuss the application and development of pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology and introduce the successful application experience of the cement industry. Peng Shou, member of the Executive Committee of the International Glass Association, chairman and general manager of China Building Materials International Engineering Co., Ltd. and President of Bengbu Glass Industry Design and Research Institute, will also be invited to the summit to introduce the practical application of low-temperature waste heat power generation technology in the glass industry
