The development of printing industry in Langfang has formed five characteristics: first, it has become an important industry for economic development. The printing industry is playing a higher and higher role in the national economy of the city. Sanhe, Xianghe and anci have become pillar industries. Xianghe printing and packaging industry has become one of the five pillar industries of the county, with an output value of 630million yuan and a tax payment of 50million yuan in 2004. Sanhe City has become a veritable hometown of printing and binding, and the printing and binding industry has become one of the city's pillar industries. In 2004, the output value exceeded 1billion yuan, and the tax paid was more than 80 million yuan. There are more than 300 printing enterprises in anci District, with an annual output value of 210 million yuan and more than 20000 employees. The output value of the above three counties accounted for 11.4%, 13.3% and 11.2% of the county's GDP respectively. The binding industry in Yangzhuang Town, Sanhe, and other printing industry in anci wharf town have become the main source of financial revenue at the township level. It has become an industry to enrich the people and improve the living standards of local people. Second, non-public ownership occupies a dominant position in the industry. Langfang's printing industry has everything from social chores to high-end album, packaging and decoration, and publication printing, covering basically the types of products that society needs to print; In terms of printing, there are not only one-stop production enterprises, but also enterprises specializing in binding, typesetting and plate making. Packaging and decoration printing enterprises include both coarse and fine paper products packaging and printing, but also silk printing such as plastic printing and iron printing. Other printing enterprises can contract all kinds of tickets, documents, statements, books and other printing materials needed by organs, groups, enterprises, undertakings and individuals. It reflects the business convergence, complementary advantages, that is, qualified shows the green word "qualified". Fourth, relatively concentrated key areas have been formed. After 20 years of development, Langfang's printing industry has formed four major concentration areas: Sanhe and Dachang, which mainly focus on publication printing and decoration, Xianghe, which mainly focuses on packaging and decoration printing, anci district and urban area, which mainly focus on color plate making, printing and other printing processing, and Bazhou, which mainly focuses on plastic printing. First, most printing and binding enterprises in Sanhe and Dachang have established solid business relations with more than 250 publishing units in Beijing and Tianjin, and have obtained rich sources of vitality. They have formed a publication printing and binding processing enterprise belt represented by Yanjiao, Xiadian and Yangzhuang, with an annual processing volume of 12million reams of paper for various books. In particular, Sanhe City has been listed as a national publication printing base in the huge East China market by the General Administration of publication; Second, Xianghe gives full play to the advantages of traditional production of carton packaging, constantly improves the level of technical equipment, expands its business scope, and forms packaging products made of coarse, fine, color, high, medium and low-grade paper, with an annual processing capacity of more than one million tons of paper and paperboard; Third, Langfang urban area (including the Development Zone) has purchased 70 sets of color printing equipment with world advanced level, such as Roland, Heidelberg, Mitsubishi, Komori and gaobao, with strong financial support, forming an enterprise group mainly engaged in printing books, periodicals, packaging, advertising and trademarks, with an annual production capacity of 10million orders.
